"The Lessons of the Master, Jeffrey Yuen", by Emilio Simongini and Leda Bultrini, this is a series that collects the lectures given annually, since 1997, by the Master Jeffrey Yuen at the centro Studi Xin Shu of Rome. The relevance of the series is increased by the circumstance that the Master Yuen has chosen not to fix his thought and his teaching in written works, entrusting their distribution exclusively to the interpretation of his disciples.
Twenty-first lesson: the POINTS OF THE LUNG
Since the introduction of the curators:
"The lung meridian is the first of the sequence of the principal meridians. Represents the origin of the meridians and, through the breath, the origin of life.
Governs, therefore, the ability to manage and organize their lives, to live the present moment. Get in contact with the air of the breath allows you to connect with the nutrition that comes from the sky, a metaphor for the beginning of the spiritual movement.
Bite the lung meridian does not simply mean to move the Qi or treat respiratory tract diseases. It is, in fact, to place questions on the ability to appreciate their life, make appropriate choices and to take decisions in the right direction."
